We created an institutional product by building a critical mass of buildings to benefit from economies of scale and the creation of a brand. Peter Merrigan's primary area of expertise lies in creating economically-viable projects that yield long term value for both investors and communities out of entrepreneurial opportunities with enormous complexities.

Before joining Taurus Investment Holdings, Peter Merrigan worked in a variety of entrepreneurial and institutional settings, including CB Commercial,John M.Corcoran & Company and Berkeley Investments.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks,the Maribeth Merrigan Foundation and is the former Chairman of the Alumni Association of the MIT Center for Real Estate. Mr. Merrigan is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (BA)and The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MS).
